Collecting data using online surveys (especially Qualtrics) and using Excel was very new to me and I made sure I paid extra attention in class when we were being taught the skills. After learning the Excel skills and using them a few times in class, it became a lot easier and I am no longer "afraid" of Excel. I can see myself using surveys and Excel as a way to collect and analyze data and the future. Because I want to teach Kindergarten, I could use surveys to assess the accessibility of different things of my students. The survey would ask about the access they have to internet, computers, etc. The survey could also ask about students learning preferences, disabilities, allergies or any other things I should be aware as a educator. I then could use Excel to organize and analyze the data and save it to my computer for any future reference. One part of Blogging I enjoyed was being able to read my peers blogs.
